The world has gone online for meetings, and Zoom seems to be the new verb for these meetings, just like Google has become the verb for search. We use Google Workspace for Business to conduct our meetings and record the video and follow up with a link to the recording to all participants.
It's surprising how easy it is to do these meetings poorly; a lot can go wrong. That's why we put together a checklist (duh) to help things go right.
This is what we have so far, and of course it's just a prototype, and will be improved continuously. The graphic below is what it looked like at this writing. Here's a link to the Video Meeting Checklist as it is being improved.
